Prayer for our Focus Groups, Life Groups and “The Simple Church”

Charlene Farabee – Rededication & Praise, Her health is better and she wants to do more for God; also Prayer for Al Davis, he will have 3 weeks of radiation for an area newly enlarged. Unspoken prayer for a “special person”.

Darlene Pineiro – Rededication & Prayer

Linda Lalonde – Prayer for her son, John Cassell for total healing of serious Crohn’s Disease.

April Bryant – Prayer for JT, he has been very upset that he may lose his mom because of her health problems. Prayer that he will get his child’s mind back and a peace through his soul.

Richard Taylor – (Tom Taylor’s Dad) He is in the hospital in Sebring pending surgery.

Amy Knight – Prayer for Joshua as he completes his last 2 weeks of boot camp. his hardest time will be Thurs from 2 AM through Sat. 8 AM. He will officially be a Marine Saturday morning, will be here Sunday 2/15 for 10 days.

Missy & Paige Massey – Unspoken prayer

Linda Hernandez – Prayer for several things she’s going through, needs to not worry and trust God completely.

Curtis Taylor – Prayer for the strength not to follow his fellow employees into the dark but lead them to the light.

Carrie Knight – Satan has been using everything possible to distract she and her family from God. She wants to give it all to God!

Kevin McNulty – Prayer for Howard Mak.

Shirley Gantt – Is in the Lake Placid hospital , psychiatric ward. She has a troubled mind and heart. Prayer for peace and that she will draw close to Jesus.

Sammy – (Jaklynne Carlton’s Grandfather) is having testing done on his heart today. Prayer for good and healthy results.

Barbara Wilkins – (friend of Carlene Schumann) Prayer, they have found lesions on her brain and are running tests Thursday in Orlando to find out the cause. Today (26th) they had a consultation with the doctor

Rosie Schneider – prayer for forgiveness of sins she’s committed.

J.T. Bryant – Prayer for healing of a large hematoma on his head.

Jodi Oaks – (friend of Kathy Hawk) 26-27 year old single mother of three is in Florida Hospital Orlando. Friday she collapsed (her heart stopped) while at work at Tractor Supply. She was revived but then had a seizure and is in a coma, on life support.1/25 UPDATE; she woke up this morning and was writing a note asking what happened. Her friends are taking that as a good sign.

Lorie Crouse – 1) Unspoken prayer. 2) needs to know what God wants her to do in a decision she needs to make that is pretty big.

Maggie Vasquez & Family in Valrico – (friend of the LaLonde’s) their teenage niece was killed in a car crash.

Tia Parker – Prayer for the right decision and to let the Lord show her the way and wait for His will.

Stephanie McCullough – Prayer for Lindsey, she’s lost and searching.

Christina Milby- Thanks everyone for their prayers, the friend she was having relationship problems withis now talking to her, but she still needs prayer for strength to hold on to her and help her find her way back to God.

Sue Davis – (Gene Davis’ Sister-in-law) has had difficulty eating since her esophageal cancer surgery several months ago and now weighs only 76 pounds. Her doctor here has given her something to increase her appetite. She has an appointment with her doctors at Moffittsoon. Prayer for healing of her appetite and strength for Ray.

Andy Pierce – (friend of Sue Smit’s) was diagnosed with kidney cancer and had surgery 1/19. He is home today and says all the cancer was removed and everything is good. He is feeling better daily and enjoying staying home and sleeping when he wants too. God is so Good; please pray for his recovery.

Jim Alls – is home from hospital, doing well. He received a pacemaker, 5 pints of blood, and was treated for an ulcer.

Leslie Forrester’s Mother – is doing much better this week, she was diagnosed with diverticulitis five days ago in Florida Hospital Heartland.

Dustin Langfang- (17 year old son of a friend of Curtis Taylor’s) Dustin had stage 4 cancer of the lymph system and bone 3 years ago, with a miraculous recovery after chemo. 12/14/08 his checkup revealed leukemia and he was hospitalized extremely ill almost overnight. Plans are for a stem cell transplant on Feb 10thpending the cure of a sinus fungal infection. His donor is his younger brother, Jacob.  Prayer for God to send a miracle for Dustin and strength and perseverance for his family.

George Watson – having blood pressure problems.  He said Sunday he is finally able to sleep in his bed without it his BP going up. The tests that were done didn’t show any vascular problems.

Lynette Yurovich (friend of Lori Spinks’) Has her last chemo treatment today 1/13/09 She will have all her checkups by Feb 10th. She says she is recovering at a good rate and feeling good.

Herm Oisten – Loves receiving our cards, so keep the love and prayers flowing to 1200 Wright Ave., Rehab. Alma Mi 48801. His room phone number is 989-466-4549, he will be in rehab about two more weeks and is doing really wonderful. He says he is walking some and much of the pain is gone.

Maggie Timmons – Is in Royal Care Rehab., 1213 W Stratford Rd. Rm. 103, Avon Park 33825; phone 453-3732. She can have visitors anytime, and loves our cards so please keep sending love and prayers.
